While this is not true Wasabi, it is a variety bred especially for micro greens (at the cotyledon stage) or very young leaves.
It has a sharp, peppery flavour. Its large cotyledons or seed leaves make it showy and flavoursome. Can be sown Year round, with harvest in approx 5 days for micro greens.
